"The Harvest": A Ministry of Influence
Christ. We are a family grounded in unconditional love for God and then for one another. This love enables us to
gracefully nurture each other - with the goal of becoming God’s intended, finished product. We seek individuality and
understand the necessity of difference within the body. We are the FEARLESS FEW assigned to lead many. We
come from fallen places, from behind and from beneath, but WE HAVE RISEN...EMERGED, and now we
stand and serve as front-liners. We are soul winners and the ball is in OUR court!
We have tremendous strength of character and we allow God to make his strength perfect in us and through us.
We are LEADERS and mentors. We are men and women - young and old - and we seek to identify our position
and our destiny here on earth. We're not ordinary, but legendary! We ask and we receive. We seek and we
find. We knock and for us, the door opens! WE ARE GOD'S CHOSEN! We recognize that this is a NEW
DAY and that OUR SEASON has come! This is our time! We are, what Jesus called, “The Harvest”.
The Harvest Principle:

Our Purpose Translated
God has given our Pastor the unique assignment of developing effective Kingdom leaders. We understand that the purpose of
this ministry is to recover the lost (sheep) and restore them to the level of dominion and prominence in the earth, which God
originally intended for us. We know that in order to accomplish this, we must understand and whole-heartedly embrace the spirit
of The Workman. Our assignment is to sow, to build, to effect change, to give, to produce. Finally, we are excited that our Father
and King (Jesus) is our provider - the One who promises a reward (Harvest) for our labor.
Our Purpose (in scripture)
Matthew 9:36-38
36But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. 37Then saith he <Jesus> unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few; 38Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest.

We know that we are called to WORK! We’re in the KINGDOM BUSINESS and our King and ruler is God – JESUS! Our
assignment comes from him alone. We know that our call is to demonstrate the Law of reciprocity - sowing and reaping: what
goes up must come down; what you give, you will receive! The harvest is the blessing, the heavenly product, the
increase, the abundance, - The reward, and IT'S OUR PROMISE!
THE CALL IS FOR LEADERS - THAT IS WHAT WE ARE.
We are Kingdom leaders and we will leave a mark of God’s Glory. This is the beginning of a tremendous vision fulfillment. We
stand together as a family and united body of believers and we're following the Vision of our Pastor, as we're on this journey. We
will execute God’s plan as we demonstrate the promise and mandate of living a life of "Harvest" that is blessed, favored, whole,
and “truly plenteous”. (Matthew 9:37).
