Salvation

Salvation consists of deliverance from all sin and unrighteousness through the blood of Jesus Christ. The New Testament experience of salvation consists of repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, after which the Christian is to live a godly life (Acts 2:36-41).

We are thankful to God for your soundness of mind to arrive at this point. If you don't yet know Jesus (committed to living for Christ), and God has touched your heart, here are the first steps that you should take.

1.  Admit that you need God in your life ("I'm a sinner. I have not lived as I should -  I've done wrong things and I haven't been perfect").

2. Be willing to TURN from the sin (Repent).

3. Believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins so that you wouldn't have to die in your sin. Just as he rose from the dead, you can have new life also.

4.  Ask for the living power of spirit of Jesus Christ to enter into your heart and live inside you.

5.  Receive and believe God aS your savior and the Lord of your life.

This is the introduction to the Salvation process.  God wants to fill you with his spirit - The Holy Ghost, which is the power to live.
