                                "The Harvest" Blueprint :THIS IS OUR VISION


*  We will live a life of wholeness in every possible area - spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially.

*  We will truly maximize our God given talents, which were given to us to demonstrate authentic KINGDOM EXCELLENCE. We will have wisdom and understanding concerning our individual placement within the body.

* We will be productive and purposeful in our mission to gain dominion in the earth for the Kingdom and for the glory of God - through sound, biblical teaching and a life of VICTORIOUS LIVING!

*  We will be a church truly victorious over the spirit and curse of lack and poverty. Our membership will share the vision of being debt-free, Kingdom lenders - no longer the borrower!

*  We will have testimonies of miraculous healings and deliverance to share with the world.

*  Together, we will build a sanctuary - The Harvest Temple, consecrated unto God - a mecca, which will be a spiritual home and haven to men, women and children of all ages, cultures, and nationalities.

*  Together, we will witness the development and erection of the Harvest Family Life Center (HFLC) - a complete state-of-the-art facility; full of resources and amenities for the Harvest family, as well as the surrounding community. HFLC will have recreation for the entire family including computer labs, a complete fitness and sporting arena, basketball and volleyball courts, a restaurant and eatery, coffee shop, bookstore, a full service banquet and conference center, and much more.

*  "The Harvest" will provide community and economic development services including: tutoring,  job training,  literacy and computer classes, financial coaching and planning, home-ownership programs, and grants for students and entrepreneurs. (Life-Builders, Inc)

*  We will have a flourishing outreach and benevolence ministry that will be a resource of support for the Harvest family and the community - able to provide emergency assistance in areas such as: food, clothing, shelter, transportation, and utilities.

*  We will develop an accredited school of ministry where we will teach leadership and various ministerial courses, allowing its students to acquire certifications and degrees.

*We will develop a full educational system for our children and youth, which will include daycare programs. "The Harvest" will have a full-service campus for elementary and junior students, which will cater to our standard of excellence in higher education and academic achievement.

*  Through growth and expansion, we will plant daughter churches under the umbrella of Harvest World Ministries (HWM), which will perpetuate this same vision.

Our Mission

Our mission statement encompasses our 5-point focus:

Discipleship, Worship, Evangelism/Outreach, Fellowship, and Ministry.

	We will continually preach and teach the Word of God in a method of truth and clarity with the expectancy of change, transformation, growth, and development.
	We will be instruments of glory - to God. Because God has freed us, we will freely give him our praise, worship, and thanksgiving.
	We will build a strong, effective, and nurturing relationships with one another - in our homes, our families, and in our communities.
	We will reach out to those in need, the lost, the broken, and the hurt - through various methods of outreach and evangelism, allowing the world to feel the heart of Jesus and his compassion through our works.
	Our ultimate goal is to be fruitful and multiply. We will train up leaders who will be Kingdom builders in their homes, the marketplace, in their businesses, and in ministry. We are “The Harvest”. Leadership development is our seed. The fruit of our labor is multiplication...the Harvest that is plentiful.
