Small Group Fellowship

What’s a LINK GROUP?

Consider outdoor grilling – Building a Fire

There's something about the way these little briquettes are constructed that when you put them together, the fire glows and they become very hot. And if you isolate one it cools off rather quickly and begins to lose its heat. But when they stick together, there's a strong, BLAZING fire, because they feed off each other. God designed them to work this way.

Here at “The Harvest”, we know that there’s power in numbers and there’s strength in unity. The overall tone of our ministry conveys this belief.

The Harvest Principle states this:  “In all that we do, we do unto God. And we’re doing it together.”

Our small group concept is a way for us to connect with one another in a casual environment. It’s a time of fellowship, food, and fun! These gatherings can occur at:

            A home

            A local restaurant or eatery

            Starbucks or other coffee house

A pool hall or bowling alley

(or a variety of other group appropriate venues)

Our groups consist of : 1) hosts, 2) leaders, 3) members . In many cases a host is also a leader. For a list and description of available ministry positions, click here.

In all that we do, we seek to be diversified and progressive. “The Harvest” isn’t your usual church, but we’re a dynamic and cutting-edge community of believers with a unique 21st century purpose. Our small groups are an extension of our overall ministry. We have groups available in various areas including: teens, young adult, singles, married, special interests, and more.
